Use of service

• Provide accurate account information and maintain account security.
• Do not engage in fraud, abuse, or activities that violate law or third‑party rights.
• We may modify features or policies; continued use implies acceptance.

Orders & pricing

• Orders are subject to availability and serviceable locations.
• Prices, fees, and taxes are displayed before payment; final invoice will reflect applicable GST.

Accounts & suspension

We may limit or suspend accounts for security, non‑payment, policy breaches, or legal reasons.

Intellectual property

All app content, branding, and code are owned by Bhogovsinnovations Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reverse engineer or copy without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to competent courts in Nammakkal, Tamil Nadu.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• You can cancel before the order is accepted or prepared. Once delivery is en route, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

• Eligible when items are missing, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered due to our fault.
• Report issues within 24 hours with order ID and evidence (photos, if applicable).
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Gateway MDR may be non‑refundable as per industry practice.

Returns

Perishable items or services delivered are typically not returnable. For exceptions, contact support.

Shipping / Delivery Policy

• We deliver to supported pin codes/areas displayed in the app.
• Estimated delivery times depend on location, order size, and traffic/weather conditions.
• Please provide accurate address and reachable phone number to avoid delays.
• Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout.

For purely digital services, shipping may not apply.
